Why Work With Me?

You get to work with a prior Division 1 College Athlete and current ACE Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelor's of Science in Biobehavioral Health and Psychology! My experience with athletic training, nutrition, behavior change, and passion for skiing and biking help me to create fitness programs focused around improving sports performance.

Bespoke Packages

Every clients goals and needs are wildly different so I create every package with that in mind. You will work with me 1 on 1 to set actionable goals and create a personalized fitness plan in a baseline fitness assessment call. We will then engage in weekly calls as needed by the client.

 

Clients have 9a-5pm chat access, with everything organized on one easy app for you to check in, see work outs, and track progress analytics via your personal profile.

I wanted to make accessing my coaching as easy as possible so everything is in an app you can use on your phone or computer! Once your profile is created, all progress analytics can be tracked, curated workouts can be found in the calendar, and you can direct message me with any questions all in one spot!
