Cinnamon Roll Protein Mug Cake Recipe

If you're like me you, LOVE sweets and it is really hard to find something that will satisfy your sweet tooth but not also just throw off your entire day! But guess what, I have some



thing for you. I have the PERFECT thing and you're going to eat it every day like me... hahha.. is that weird?




Anyways this what you need:

-1/2 tbsp butter of choice

-1 egg

-1 scoop cinnamon roll protein powder

-1/4 tsp baking powder

-1/4 cup milk of choice


Steps:



  1. Put your butter into a bowl and soften in the microwave for 20 seconds

  2. Add the rest of the


ingredients to the softened butter and mix well with a fork or whisk.

  1. Microwave for 2 minutes.

  2. Top of nuts, cool whip, yogurt, peanut butter, berries, or whatever the hell your heart desires because this shit is FULL of protein so a little sweetness is aiiiiiight, mkay!


This recipe has a minimum of 30g protein and its sweet and tastes just like cinnamon roll cake! I personally don't think you can get much better than that. You can try this recipe with other protein flavors but cinnamon roll just happens to be my personal favorite. Try it and tell me what you think!!!
